We do not offer cash refunds. You may exchange your item within 2 days of purchase/receiving your order by contacting us through our official number.
Exchange Conditions

With all tags, labels and packaging intact
Free from any damage, stains, perfume, or signs of wear
Non-Accepted Items
Any item that is returned without tags, in poor condition, or does not meet the above requirements will not be accepted for exchange.
